Part of the Portland Bayside neighborhood, this space would soon become the future home for Barrett Made’s design team. The split space also transformed into one of Portland’s most unique and upscale co-working spaces, “The Public Works.” Chase EX constructed parking lots and modified buildings to suit the customers needs.
- Falmouth, Maine (Residential)
Chase EX constructed a private access drive for Falmouth’s newest homes built by Brad Gilbert of Tall Trees Construction. Work included underground power, water, sewer, storm drain, and site work to go along with new, multi-million dollar homes.
- Portland, Maine (Commercial Waterfront)
Chase EX completed this project under the direction of Ducas Construction; for a long-time customer, Proprietors of Union Wharf. Included in the scope of work for this tight, complex urban job was working with Maine’s natural tidal pulls as the project was below high-tide. Chase EX added a night crew to finish the contract ahead of time and work effectively around the tides.
- Falmouth, Maine (Commercial)
Chase EX performed work for Gaftek of Bangor, for the 7.38 billion dollar Irving Oil Company. Highlights include: Working on existing fuel stations, removal of existing tanks, adding of new, underground stormwater ponds, and more. Chase EX performed this contract on a tight schedule during the cold Maine winter months.

Chase EX modified existing buildings and site to fit the customer’s needs. Adding ADA compliant entrances and walkways, along with upgraded parking.
